It’s a little hot outside but that’s not going to stop us from playing a little baseball! Our Horizons residents sure can hit it out of the park!

Such an awesome celebration of some terrific Dads at Pawleys Arbor Landing!! Dads are most ordinary men turned by love into heroes, adventurers, story and joke tellers and life long friends. Kudos to Bonnie Mcauliffe (Pawleys Horizons Activity Director) for putting together such a wonderful cook out & celebration of the Pawleys Dads. Friends, family & Staff had a blast!! And Resident Mr Weaver and his daughter showed off some dance skills and taught everyone a couple lessons :)

The local Veterans motorcycle club came by Pawleys to celebrated Father’s Day with us. What started out as a motorcycle show turned out to be an afternoon of music and great conversation.

Such a Beautiful afternoon this past Thursday at Arbor Landing Pawleys for a wonderful monthly Social sponsored by Tidelands Community Hospice. The corn dogs hit the spot, lemonade so refreshing and the live music couldn’t have been better!! The residents had a great time socializing, singing, munching and taking it all in!! THANK YOU Tidelands Hospice!!

Another great day was had at Arbor Landing at Compass Pointe! June’s 99th birthday celebration was made even sweeter by honoring the amazing dads that call this place home with Donuts with Dad! There is always something to celebrate!

Arbor Landing Hampstead Independent residents had a wonderful morning at Biggers Market today! We enjoyed the wonderful fruits and vegetables and all of the sweet treats!

Residents of Arbor Landing at Surfside enjoyed a bingo outing at the American Legion in Little River, where Wayne emerged as the big winner of the day!

The Horizons guys from ALOI had a great time eating breakfast at the Ocean Isle Beach pier grill on June 10. After breakfast we were joined by a few folks from Compass Pointe, and everyone got a little fishing in before it started raining.

Nine of our Horizons residents enjoyed a fun morning at Grayce Wynds wild horse preserve in Supply, NC on June 7th. We met several of the 30 horses that live there, and we learned a good deal about wild horses from Sue, who owns Grayce Wynds with her husband. We had a hayride and picnic lunch as well.

"A bad day of fishing is better than a good day at work." Arbor Landing at Compass Pointe had the pleasure of taking 2 very special guys fishing today on the Ocean Isle Fishing Pier. Mr. Wayne and Mr. Don enjoyed getting out and fishing a bit before it started to pour again. We had a great time meeting up with our sister community, Arbor Landing at Ocean Isle. The weather was perfect for our outing to the Conway, SC Riverwalk on June 5th. All of us from ALOI had a great time walking by the river and eating at a fun restaurant!

Arbor Landing at Surfside residents had fun at this year’s fashion show it was at the Barefoot Resort. We were so happy to be a part of the fundraiser for the Family Justice and R**e Crisis Center serving Georgetown and Horry County, as well as the Felician nuns of Kingstree! 👗👚👠👛

Arbor Landing Hampstead IL residents loved our first dinner out, at Oceans End Restaurant. We enjoyed good company, views, and delicious food! We are looking forward to our next dinner out! ☀️🌊
