Combat negativity with positivity! I recently made a post in a neighborhood group in New Orleans where we bought our personal house letting people know that I was a real estate investor and I’d happily pay them for any referrals if they knew of any blighted houses nearby (there’s plenty of them in NOLA) or had any friends or family that needed help selling a home. A few members of the group decided to attack me and say negative things about the “crooked, greedy, no good real estate investor from out of town!”So, I did what I do and killed them with kindness. Here’s the video I posted in the group. Do something positive for someone today or this weekend, no matter how small. Positivity always comes out on top!
