Ago around 1.5 years, Mr. Karan fell into an inactive lifestyle and some unhealthy habits. Soon, his weight was in the overweight category and he realized he need to make a change. Then he join and opted for personal training with me. In 4 months with a flexible diet approach and 3 personal training sessions a week he lost 16 kg weight & 10.9% body fat and just discovered how strong and capable he is.

Now we're working hard together to achieve his next goal.
