Now that spring time is here we wanted to share a few reminders for single family house renters.

▪️Make sure you are checking and regularly replacing any air filters. Note that if you have pets these may need to be changed more frequently.
▪️Good time to do a clean of dishwashers and wash machines.
▪️Do yard clean up if you haven't already done so and if you have a pet make sure to clean up your pet waste in the yard.
▪️Check and make sure the sump pumps are in good working order.

As always be sure to let us know if you notice anything with the house that we should be aware of or take care of. 🏡
