♥️ Love these owners & we’ve been together since the purchase..
It was time to open up their home again. It’s truly one of my favorites. They installed a roll up blind w/remote since I was there; I really wanted to play with it! 🤷🏻♀️😂
However, work calls time to get porch furniture on the porch & get that glass 🤦🏻♀️
This time this home received a 3 full days of Deep Cleaning, Deep Deep Cleaning & the owners Loved it & that’s all that matters to me.
They treated me to Steamers so we could catch up on life. It’s nice when clients become friends. Thanks Sue Peterson & Joel for Trusting me with your home away from home.

♥️ This is the big house with the iron gates that you have to go over a wooden bridge to get to it. It’s an Amazing property & YES I can flip both of the units in 5 to 6 hours.
I had it down to a science!!! Love the views!

This was a great deep clean!
Owners put in loft & it looks fantastic... Their grandkids will love it, but this clean was so the daughter & son in law could ring in 2022 here.

Last week's project- A gorgeous remodeled 3/2 on the island &:it's for sale too! Oh my there was red dust everywhere from stripping the floors in every room but kitchen & baths. In one full day from 7am till 8pm with a 30min lunch & she was dust free, shiny & smelling so good. I wish I would have taken a pic of the outside, it has almost a complete wrap around porch. This house is truly a diamond now! Thank you Mendy Allen for allowing me to get er done for you! 🙏

This week's project....The realtor I work with purchased the old dentist office & over the last month turned the upstairs into a vacation rental. This was A Lot of work, but if you come to visit Cedar Key this is by far the most gorgeous vacation rental on our little main street! I'm so grateful for all my "get tos!"
