Don’t mind me. Just obsessing over zero entry showers. They’re sleek, they’re sexy, and there’s something special about not having to worry about stubbing your toes when heading to your shower (😬ouch).
Although these inspo pics make it look simple, Constructing zero entry showers require a lot of prep panning and engineering to ensure all water drains appropriately. We’re working on one now for one of our recent project and can’t wait to share pics soon!

There’s just something about wood beams that make homes seem even homier. Getting these wood beams to be inset within the wall and still be functional to the structure of the home was a real challenge but totally worth it!! Still lots of work left to complete this renovation, can’t wait to share the whole finished project with you. We’re the wood beams a good idea? Love to hear your thoughts.

Pot fillers are one of those extra special home features that reduce micro frustrations while cooking. Super nice to have but not always in the budget. HOWEVER, when installing a new pot filler we have a question...do you hook it up to cold water or hot water?

Cold seems like the obvious option but why else would you fill a pot if not to make the water hot?? Any answers?

Awesome! Too often realtors misrepresent fees & commissions as “free” or most commonly not paid by buyer. When in reality the commissions and fees that are charged back to either party will effect the net proceeds of the transaction; therefore affecting the competitiveness of the deal. At the end of the day, net proceeds to/from the seller/buyer reigns king, and this is sure to help more clearly identify all of the hidden charges that can and should be negotiated to get parties the best deal possible.

NAR Reaches Agreement with DOJ on MLS and Commission Rules The Dept. of Justice-NAR agreement isn’t finalized, but NAR says it will institute changes, such as making info on buyers’ agents’ compensation publicly available in the MLS and creating a definitive rule that buyers’ agents can’t represent their services as free.
