Another flip house completed.

Steam shower we just finished up, just waiting on the plumber to put the finishing touches on.

We haven’t posted in a long time with being so busy. Here is our most recent flip house that just hit the Matket. Working on another flip currently along with trying to squeeze in many more remodels.

Home owners wanted a tiled shower plus wanted it to be bigger. We did what we could an took out the door side wall an put in a smaller door to maximize their space. Now just waiting for the custom glass an door

Had the pleasure the past couple weeks to do a multiple bathroom remodel for two great people I’ve known since a kid. Still needs a few finishing touches but turned out nice

Home owner had a leaking shower an decided to fix that along with updating the shower. Another one in the books. On to the next one

We are still waiting for cabinets to come in to finish the job but so far has turned out great. We did many other projects on this jobsite an the home owners want more done in basement so more pictures to come. On to the next one until cabinets arrive

Forgot again to take many pictures before but did a lot of work on this condo. Ripped out old floors an opened up some walls. We took out old tub an replaced with custom arched walk in shower. We laid a lot of flooring an tile on this project along with many other updates

We had a little extra time to do a job for some long time family friends an re-do their laundry room.

Another bathroom remodel done. Ripped out old tiled shower an was able to make their new shower with a lot more room.

We were able to sneak in a quick backsplash job In Between bathroom remodels. It’s a newly updated kitchen an the backsplash really brought it together.

We started this full bathroom remodel months ago. We couldn’t finish the tiled shower because waiting for new window. Window finally showed up an we got it installed/tile finished and grouted.

Had a nice size job in Mt.Vernon for the past 5-6 weeks. Both bathrooms were old an outdated so ripped all the tile/vanity’s/showers an toilets out. we also installed new vinyl flooring on the main level. Had a few set backs with getting materials but all in all was another successful project. The homeowners are taking care of the paint/trim/accessories. Thanks to Rachel and Greg Hathaway for welcoming us into their home an for their patience

We didn’t get many good pictures before the remodel. Ripped out all the paneling,floor,and tub/tub surround. Hung the drywall/painted an updated her tub/shower combo. Was a nice quick job we squeezed in while waiting for for materials on a big job.

Another bathroom remodel down. Ripped out old shower replaced it with tiled shower/tub combo. Replaced floor an vanity. Put new entry door an bi-fold closet door replaced all trim an new paint job. Turned out great

This job was more of an on going project that we had to come back to weeks at a time since Christmas with new floors/trim/custom cabinets. The new kitchen turned out great! Love the tile they decided on. It pretty well changes colors through out the day depending on light. Thanks Audra Barbauld for having us an cabinets were done by Derek Reidferd

This has been a fun project to work on. Ripped out the standing shower an the soaking tub. Opened up one of the main closets where existing shower was. Waiting on new window to finish walk in tile shower.
