If becoming more flexible is why you go or want to start taking up a yoga practice, more power to you! There are almost too many benefits to count from doing any form of yoga. 🧘‍♀️ While the obvious reason most of us do yoga is to become more flexible, here are just a few others to add to your arsenal:

~Increases Blood Flow
(This one is huge if you experience cold hands and feet like me!)

Anyways getting to the benefits of yoga, focusing on the benefits of Hatha Yoga. There are so many benefits of this beautiful practice on and off the mat. But here are a few of the benefits Hatha yoga can offer you. This is also a great beginner practice as it focuses on posture, alignment and breath technique making it a wonderful foundation for your yoga practice!
