We are starting a new Yoga Stretch Session on Thursday, June 20th. Classes will be 6/20, 7/11, 7/18, and 7/25 at noon at Faith United Methodist Church in Farmington. The cost is $28 for the four sessions. This is a modified yoga class. All movements will be done sitting or standing. Please reach out with any questions!

How will you spend your bonus day today? Take advantage of the sunshine and go for a walk…even if it’s just around the block.
Consistency not perfection! Perfection often gets in the way of getting started and sticking with exercise. Focus on doing what you can when you can.
What do my clients who are successful have in common? They find a way to make time to exercise rather than come up with reasons why it won't work. The time may never feel right to start. We're all busy. A year from now you'll wish you started today😅

For me — my niece and nephews have always known I prioritize time for exercise.
🎯 They hear me talk about going to the gym
🎯 They've gone to the gym with me
🎯 They've seen me lift weights while on family vacation
🎯 I talk about how much I like being strong
..and when my niece came to visit me a while back, she asked if I could teach her how to lift!
(My nephew also asked me to teach him how to lift at the end of 2021 and he is *CRUSHING* it! Be still my heart! ❤️)
THIS is what's possible when we role model for young kiddos!

Mental Health Awareness| Dakota County September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month. While su***de prevention is important to address year-round, this month provides a dedicated time for everyone to share the message that su***de can be prevented and healing is possible.
