Excited to see this entire transformation take place along the way! Originally the ceiling height was 9’ leaving minimum head height area upstairs in attic space. Floors are lowered with 8’ ceilings and a more desirable 8’ upstairs as well. All new 3/4” subfloor will be installed today. Heating and air is complete, all new plumbing and water lines will be ran next week,all new windows will be going in the following week! 200 amp service upgrade will take place next week and inspected through the state, after that we will have all new wireing throughout! The weather hasn’t been the best but we squeezed this in right before the cold storm hit! Customer asked if we could get it done before the year ended and we was a few short days due to weather from making that happen! Spring time back fill and hydro seeding will be taking place in back yard leaving this cedar deck a great place for some smoked foods and cold beverages! This project originally was gunna be a new floor and new countertops, unfortunately the project took a turn for the worse when we removed the old counter tops and revealed mold from a previous water damage flood. We gutted the entire downstairs kitchen and bathroom, sprayed commercial mold killer let let for 48h and started the renovation process! We have a few minor touch ups before we head upstairs to start the upstairs bathroom remodel! Stay tuned lots of tile coming! This customers neighbors garage caught on fire and completely melted both (2) sides of their garage. We was able to intel match there siding and get it looking new gain! The storm had blown this customers back garage wall off the foundation. We was able to jack up the garage and support the trusses as we removed the back wall and rebuilt a new back wall leaving the garage nice and straight! Now ready for siding!
