Yesterday I/we did a photo shoot for an upcoming article. We had a lot of fun & I can’t wait to show you the photos/article.

On top of all the fun Ive been having, Im lucky enough to have had 2 closings in the last 5 days.
One was a seller who lived out of state and wanted to sell her investment property, and the other is a family moving to NM. Every transaction is different, and I enjoy that diversity.

I’m so excited for these buyers! Moving to NM is a big change for them, not to mention the challenges we faced during the buying process. But with their perseverance, myself, a good lender, the sellers & their realtor, the stars aligned and a great house is going to have a great new family in it. Grateful I got to be involved, and a great way to start the week!
