We all make new year's resolutions. Most of them barely get pass the first month of the. New Year. Instead of making resolutions that we struggle to keep. Let's thank God for the rough days of the previous year that has brought us to where we are today. Be grateful because the past struggles empowered us to climb the stairs to this point of our lives. I am grateful for the struggles of 2021 that thought me how to appreciate time, listen more, and complain less. Share something you are grateful for.
Happy new year. 2021 was an interesting year, with many highs and lows. I want to thank God for keeping me through it all. He is my source of strength. He promised never to leave me alone. I look forward to 2022 knowing that God has got my back. Remember, never give up on you. God is in control.

When your days are filled with more down than ups, God says to remember He has the power to turn things around for your good. Deuteronomy 30:3. Whatever the battle God will turn it around into testimonies. Hallelujah.
The joy of the Lord is my strength.
Hi my friends. It has been a while and I miss sharing words of encouragement with my young people. I am back💃 better and stronger. That's my motto "Never give up on you". It doesn't matter how many times you fall down. The goal to being successful is to keep getting up. Failure comes when you don't get up. We are more than conquerors through Jesus Christ.
I can't wait to wear my shirt to share with the world my vision.

Trials don't come to break us or tear us down, but rather they come to build us into the person God wants us to be!! So when the going gets tough, remember who is present in the storm with you. Pray and praise your way on through the storm of life!! Better days are coming. Don't look down, left or right. Look up to see where your strength comes from. Look forward to what is coming. Have a blessed day.
There are valleys, hills, bridges, rivers, streams and ditches. At some point in our lives we go through one of these areas. I have learned that at each of these points God puts us in situations that require some type of reaction.
When in the valley, it could have been a situation that landed us there due to a bad decision. However, we don't sit there feeling sorry for ourselves. No! We need to get up brush yourself off and start climbing out. While climbing keep your eyes on Jesus. He is going to be to hooks on which you hold onto to move upward until you are out.
When you are on a hill cerebrating victory, don't just stand there. Give God praises, then look for someone who is struggling and help them along.
When crossing the bridges in our lives, we can't just be lingering because we would never get to the other side. We have to set goals and dreams on how to pursue and get off the bridge.
When drifting down the stream and river what is your action? God wants us to look for a firm foundation to plant your feet. Don't let your circumstances determine your path. Once you have gain your footing reach out to the hand of God that is waiting for you.
When in the ditches of life's struggles it can get sticky at the bottom because in the ditch there maybe mud. Even when you keep sliding down. Don't get up keep moving forward. God will eventually place a rock on which to give you can hold on to to get out.
So you see in any situation we face in life we have to take action. God is faithful and He promises to be there each and every time. We need to do our part. Have a blessed day. Look for my book on Amazon "Never give up on you" which talks more about over coming the struggles of life.
Did you know that low self-esteem is a addiction? Did you also know that many people have low self-esteem and don't know it? Well like all other addictions it takes work to fight low self-esteem. In my book I spoke about the connection to God that gives confidence to help you see your value.
This is important because the first step to over coming low self-esteem is acceptance. Dismissing all the negative thoughts. You know, those negative voices that tells us to just give up when challenges stand in our way. The negative voices that make you believe you're not good enough.
Well here's what you're going to do. Accept who you are, stop the negative voices. After you have done that, now you are aware of who you are. Now start working on ways to deal with life's many challenges. Don't give up when you fall. Get up brush off yourself and keep going!
So, today we are going to beat low self-esteem with conference and determination. The Bible says in Ephesians 2:10 We are God's masterpiece. He created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago.
So you see, it is the connection to God that will help you see your true value. I spoke about this in my book as well. Rest assure that God will do what He says He will do. Now it's your turn. Get up get moving.
When life struggles get you down. Don't give up. Get ready because God is about to do something wonderful in your life. Each experience has a story. Don't keep it to yourself share that story. You never know the lives your story will touch. I never thought my battles would be an encouragement to anyone, I am surprise the lives that are touched by sharing my story. I know now the sharing an experience can be the encouragement someone need to push through their struggles. Encourage someone today by sharing your story. God bless you today.
My dear young people. I wanted to stop, drop whatever I'm doing to share with you today that everything in your life has a purpose! No matter how small or big. Everything you do or every obstacle you face in your life is specific to you and is designed to prepare you for something in your future. Jeremiah1:5 says "Before I formed you in the belly I knew you, and before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as a prophet to the nations". I didn't understand this as a youth but now that I'm an adult, I now see the benefits of my struggles. I'm grateful to God for amazing family and friends. My ministry is geared towards young people, but how awkward would it be trying to tell a young person you understand when you can't relate to their struggles? Whatever you're going through God has already planned forward and He knows what He's doing. So embrace the challenges, embrace the set backs, embrace the rough days that brings you to your knees. Remember that everything has a purpose, so never ever give up on you.
I am truly humble and honored for the opportunity to be featured on this program to speak about my ministry. I can only say to God be the glory. My passion is to motivate and empower young people to push pass struggles and difficulties in order to realize their true self worth. To help them discover the inner strengths and principles that stem from overcoming many of life challenges.
My dear young people. When I was younger, it seemed like my life was just full of struggles. Sometimes, just when I thought my life was getting better or when I felt things were turning around for me. It was then more struggles came. I came to a point when I felt like there was no catching a break. I really thought that God was punishing me for being a defiant and troublesome teen. It was only when I understand that God had started a work in my life and it was necessary to reshape me to complete the work He had begun. What I didn't understand as a young person is why must it be so painful? Now as I am discovering the true me and can list off the principles that I see in myself. I am so grateful to God for the struggles. If someone had told me as a young person that one day I will thanking God for the rough times that brought tears and anguish. I would have said, oh no never! Young people, life can be rough and hard but I will say to you embrace the struggles. You will be happy with the principles God will develop in you. The Bible says in Philippians 1:6 "Be confident that He who hath begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ".
All I could think about when I saw this is what a mighty God we serve. The Bible verse that came to mind is Ps 19:1 "The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands". I was born in St Lucia but grew up in Barbados. There was many opportunities to catch a view like this but I never appreciated it. I feel blessed to regain the privilege now, because I have made a connection with the one who has made this all possible. In the process of rediscovering myself, I also developed a relationship with the one who never gave up on me; God. I want to encourage you to get to know the God who created such a spectacular view. Before you can fully understand yourself you have to first develop a relationship with the one who made you who you are today. Just as skies can proclaim the works of His hands, so can our lives declare His purpose. Have a beautiful day and take a few minutes to acknowledge God's creative works.
Good morning. I want to remind young people that each of you are unique in your own way. God made us all special. I heard this being said over and over again as a young girl. However, it never registered until I finally discovered who I really was. I found myself many times comparing myself to others. I remembered being in high school and asking myself everyday "why can't I be like her"? I understand now that I am my own person. I am unique. I may be shy and don't know how to speak well, but I have strong qualities about myself. Once I stopped looking at what others are doing and focus on me. It all came together. I have discovered me. I may not be perfect but I'm strong, I'm determined, I'm driven. I want to encourage you to be yourself young people. Look for the strong qualities you have within you and use them to overpower the weak points of your life. Lastly let God be your guide. Have a beautiful day. Remember whatever you do "never give up on you".
Touching story. Although I cannot relate to the experience this young man had as a child. I do understand the concept here and that's to Never Give Up on Yourself. Life comes with many struggles and battles and sometimes we think there's no way out. I can recall as a young lady trying to find my way in life, making all the wrong decisions. At first things seem to be good for a few days or months, but it never lasted. There were so many times I felt lost. There were times I felt it was not worth the stress. I wanted to throw my hands up and say "whatever". I realized now that sometimes we give up to easily. As a young lady, it was the easiest option because I didn't want to deal with the struggles. Although at that time I didn't understand the purpose of the struggles. I know now that God wanted the best for me. He wanted to reunite me with myself one day, so He needed to shape me and knock out some kinks. God had a plan and goals for my life. Once I understood His purpose for my life and why the struggles occurred, it was easier to face life. I became a determined, driven, and confident woman because of that realization. I kept God in my life and continued moving forward, because I knew one day I would make it. Like the story I just share of this little boy, what I want you young people to take away from this is that you should never give up on yourself. No matter how difficult the struggles get. Put God first in your life and you will make it. This phase "never give up on yourself" holds very significant value to me. I will share more about that journey coming soon in March. In the meantime I want to encourage you amidst the struggles to find the principles that defines you. Because principles are what you are going to use to push you through all aspects of your life.
Today, I want you to discover the importance of prayer in your life. Believe it or not, prayer is an essential component of our daily lives. The bible is our guide and it instructs us in 1Thess. 5:17 to pray without ceasing. Today, let us strengthen our connection with our Tour Guide by establishing a relationship through prayer. As a teenager, I did not take prayer seriously because I didn't understand how important it was to my life. I knew my parents prayed for me and that was enough, or so I thought. Then I discovered God for myself. At first I could not understand how He was going to speak to me and help me, when I could not see or hear him? I kept on trying to solve my problems on my own because at the that age I didn't know how God could work on my behalf. I tried communicating with God, you know just trying it out, because life wasn't going right anyways. To my disbelief, things started changing in my life. I liked what was happening, it excited me. I found myself talking to God more often. Finally, my life had meaning. It became a daily routine for me. I understood that even though I could not see him and he was not present in person, he had his way of communicating. We need to know God for ourselves, and pray with out ceasing.
Share with me your discovery of prayer in your life??
Today we are going to start the rediscovery phase. Remember this is not what people say about you or tell you about yourself, but what comes from deep within you. In order to be successful in this phase, you must be honest and sincere with yourself. The Bible says in 2Cor 13:5 Examine yourself... and prove your ownselves. I want to emphasize that rediscovery is a process. It doesn't happen overnight, so be patient with yourself. Even if you incur challenges or get lost keep going because this is all necessary in rediscovering and redefining the real you.
I can recall when I started the process of rediscovering myself. I had to look deep within and be honest with myself. I was stunned at what I discovered. I was nothing like what people thought I am. Discovering the real me introduce a person who was quite the opposite. I realized that I was not the smart, bold and out spoken person people thought I was. The real me is shy, bashful, and slow. But on the other hand, I wanted to be is smart, bold, and out spoken. I can recall when I was a teenager and even during my college years, once I enter a class or a room full of people, I would normally find myself in the back out of site. I always avoided speaking out, for fear of being laugh at because I got embarrassed easily. However, in rediscovering myself I had to come to the realization of who I really was and accept the real me before I could start working on who I wanted to become.
Share with me some of your discoveries.
I have learned to inspire and love whomever God puts in my path, because you may never know how far your gift of love would go in that young person's life.🙏🤲
