We’re looking to hire someone for a part time position. 🦾🦾🦾

Experience in any trades/construction is a plus, but is not required. What is required is a willingness to learn, dependability, a clean drivers license, and a reliable form of transportation.

The position includes responsibilities such as picking up and returning materials, junk removal/cleanup, organizing storage, painting, yard work, demolition, floor install, and more. Basically the quicker a person can learn and pick things up, the wider array of things they’ll be able to do.

This job is perfect for the 19-25 year old young adult with a flexible schedule and that would like to learn not only trades, but also real estate.

Elite Property Solutions is our family owned business and we’re looking to add a family member! Ever seen those house flipping TV shows? Well that’s what we do! We buy the ugliest house on the street and turn it into the nicest house on the block! Doing everything from flooring, painting, tile work, cabinetry, and everything in between. Requirements:
*Knowledge of construction or related trades
*Ability to lift and move 100lbs
*Ability to climb a ladder or scaffolding
*Ability and skill in operating power tools
* Must have Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Job Functions:
*Take direction from supervisor and complete work to keep the project moving as planned.
*Load and unload trucks as needed
*Help track progress of scope of work to determine what materials, tools, & equipment are needed.
* Keep workspace clean and organized.
* Stock leftover materials and be aware of such stock for future work.

We often post our remodeling projects but don’t often post our demolition, mold remediation, or junk removal projects… that needs to change!

This job was the epitome of “Pay me for my experience, not my time”.

A company working at this 2.3 million dollar home discovered that the doghouse built on this chimney had seen its better days and was at risk of causing some serious damage at anytime.

They called us for our expertise in selective demolition in tricky situations and after being on site for a few hours… problem solved!

Life is all about balance. However, it’s not something you find… it’s something you have to create. Step 1 to revamping this theater room is a more modern “theater style” flooring. New lighting with a couple other additions and this will be a movie lovers dream! 🎞🎬
