8 weeks…. It’s been that long since I did a traditional work out. Yes, I hiked and walked, but….That rotator cuff strain was no joke. Thank you for getting my but to today, and for being patient with my slow a&$! - and thanks Craig for being so accommodating to make sure I got a great workout while not re-injuring myself.

Love this Amstel dress so much. Comfortable and fabric is amazing. The length is perfect and can be adjusted a bit with the ties. Wore it to my daughter’s induction into NHS last night. Their doing the induction a year late due to COVID but I’m SO proud of this girl. Not ready for her to fly the coup but she sure is! Strong, confident, competent, and such a hard worker. I’m a blessed mama!

Phoenix Fall. This is so true!

Sunday intentions… super important to remember! It’s so easy to do the holding on part, holding on to unfulfilling situations because fear holds us hostage. Start that business, try that opportunity, put yourself out there to meet that new group of friends… and let go of things that are no longer serving you.

Finally 65 degrees and gorgeous in Phoenix = time for some vitamin D!! I love AZ in October. After a sweltering summer, it’s like we all made it through something, climbed that mountain and are standing on the plateau (I did that this morning as well- see story…) but there is just a relief that fills the body, the soul, the brain. Like releasing a breath you’ve been holding for a really long 100 degree timeframe. Maybe I sound dramatic but man this weather feels Ah-Maze-ING!!

Monday Mindset- this is so good! What is no longer serving you? What have you outgrown but hold on to out of fear? Sometimes being sad and uncomfortable is just the next step towards an amazing growth spurt!

Saturday shift- Do you meditate? 🧘🏻‍♀️mindset is powerful! And your mind 🧠needs to be worked out 💪🏻just like our bodies do. Why do we focus more on our bodies and leave our minds to flounder? Get out of your comfort zone and do something new, find your passion, don’t be scared - you are only limited by what you think you CAN or can’t do!
