Update on Rooney who had extensive knee and leg surgery requiring bone and ligaments to be moved over so he will no longer hop like a rabbit when he walks. This is Rooneys 2nd surgery and he has done amazing with his other leg.
After his 8 week recovery, Rooney will be available for adoption.
