A four month back order on the windows set us back a few months, but we are getting down to finishing details on this amazing home. The owners should be able to move in in about a month. We will be sharing more finish details in the next few weeks.
Radiant heat in floors is an option we give two thumbs up!! Once you’ve enjoyed toasty floors all winter long, you’ll never look back.
Cold storage under the front porch. So many options for this space.
Backfilled. Plumbing added. Swipe to check out the movie theater room.
Foundation looking good!
Follow along as we work with to make their dreams come true.
A little update since the framing stage previously posted.
Looking forward to serving as a 2022 builder director for the Eastern Idaho Home Builders Association.
Framing is one of the favorite steps for homeowners. It’s where the dream morphs into tangible.
A favorite feature in kitchens we are building is the paper towel drawer. Convenient access, keeps counters clear, and the extra storage behind is perfect for another paper towel roll, cleaning supplies, or a candy stash. 😉
A personal project on the side just for fun. Annnnnd for tomatoes. Gardening in Idaho is tricky. Hoping this greenhouse is just the trick to extending our growing season. More pics to come!

Check it out!! Previous cabinets were knotty maple with a glaze, but had gone quite yellow over the past 15 years. New white oak cabinets go all the way to the ceiling with the added small cabinet and molding at the top. Protected with a UV finish to prevent yellowing. We kept the original walnut hardwood flooring, but sanded it down and applied a new UV protected matte finish to allow the beautiful natural walnut to show through. Same vent hood, with a flat panel to replace the bead board, and a bright and beautiful coat of paint. New countertops. New backsplash. New cooktop. More about those details later.
Finishing up this kitchen remodel. Pics and videos coming soon. Cabinetry pulls and k***s add the finishing touch. Choosing the right style, color, scale, and finish will enhance the overall style in the kitchen. This homeowner wanted a touch of modern.
Doing dishes isn’t so bad here. Beautiful window to enjoy the views with unique accents to add texture and interest.
Incredible doors leading to a beautiful workspace...
When you install the Slideaway ironing board and the “delicates” drying rack like a “Boss”!
The before and the after. ... and we included heated tile floors.
Landscaping all finished on this beautiful home, it sure makes everything look complete.
