We have spent a lot of time transforming this backyard. Started with a retaining wall around the back yard last Summer and then this winter we added a sports court with lighting for night games.

The court has in ground pole supports for pickleball net, volleyball net and of course basketball hoop on the side.

I wish I could take credit for the paint job on the concrete but I can not, the homeowner knocked it out of the park.

We have been staying super busy this summer and not good about staying up to date and getting our projects put up on the website, here is the shed build from a few months back you got to see the final project that Aranda did all the landscaping before but here is how the process went. Shed got a couple different paint jobs before the customer found the one they loved.

Late to post this, but when I was in Iowa this past June for a few weeks I was able to do a kitchen for my Aunt and it turned out pretty awesome if you ask me. Look at these Hardwood oak floors we found under the linoleum!!!

We finished this beautiful kitchen remodel a couple weeks ago for some amazing clients. An amazing transition from what it was before. Big, Bright and white.

The kitchen was dark, outdated and not very user friendly. You can see it had short counter work spaces and no room for more then one person in the kitchen at one time. It had little to no pantry space for a big family that needed this to change.

Been waiting to post this upland retaining wall we completed last month for a great family until the sod had been laid to get the full effect of this change into a more functional space. This project was challenging to say the least, from permitting next to a wetland and not far from the bay that added its own issues in the planning phase, but we learned alot. The weather pounded on us for a few days, but all in all, it was a great project and the transformation is amazing! It only took 14 and half dump trucks of fill-dirt to get to grade, thats only 290 cubic yards.

We finished a couple new landings on a Destin Beach house last week. Still awaiting the trim for the sides of the stairs to come in but we are very happy with how it turned out. Stay on the lookout for the New beach Access Walkway replacement after turtle season!!

In the before pictures you can see how rough these two pieces were. Ramp was replaced with stairs on the side of home and rear landing was upgraded along with the side one in new Trex composite decking.

Check out the transition from old to new we did at Old Bay Steamer on Okaloosa Island. The warn out plywood bar got a new beautiful solid Red Oak Bar top with custom pegged joints, with rounded bar rail on the front and glass rail with drip edge in the back.

Just finished up Part 1, 26’x13’ “Screen Room” on this large back yard makeover!
Concrete was poured all at the same time for a new Outdoor Bar building, fire pit area, rear parking and screen room.

Check out this newly completed kitchen remodel. We relocated a lot to make this homeowners goals come to life. Window and sink was relocated to the back wall so they could see into their back yard when entertaining. Fridge and cooktop got new locations, and all the old lighting was replaced by new LED adjustable color lighting. Maple Slab style cabinets in harbor blue, classic Borghini stone countertops with tile backsplash installed all the way up to ceiling around the window, and floating shelves really make this room pop. The rich color of vinyl flooring along with it being layed at a diagonal makes the room look large, warm, and inviting.

This home received a big upgrade, we removed an old rotten multi level deck with odd angles and replaced it with a large concrete patio all at ground level with a beautiful large radius corner.

Dirt was brought in and compacted to achieve proper slope and grade to shed water away from home. This new patio is more family friendly, and has plenty of room for entertaining
