Life has a funny way of serving up unexpected challenges! 🤯 Picture this: a sunny Saturday afternoon, the perfect day for State championship tennis. Yesterday was a rough day. A day that started with a mild migraine that kept escalating, napping most of the day, and ended with nausea + an early bedtime. A day that I said, "I don't know how much longer I can do this."

I had to to say no to plans with friends. Again. I wanted to decorate for fall but only managed to hang my fall wreath. I put a load of clothes washing...they never made it to the dryer. Intended on covering my grey roots...you know the deal...

But I woke at 4:30AM and realized how tough us migraine warriors really are!!

💪I'll get all those things done + more today or the next day when I'm feeling good!
💪I go to work while migraining!
💪I'm alive this morning & made it through that awful episode!!
💪And as awful as it sounds, there will be another episode like that one, and I'll make it through that one too!

💪It's the same for YOU! We have days in which we can't move, but on the days we can, we are TOUGH! 💪
