Quite a few people asked why I don’t take my child to parks with padding. Well this is why. I’m very much aware that little exposures add up and I do my best to limit exposures where I have control over it.

We used to frequent a park with padding before I knew this and I noticed an uptick in tantrums and brain fog and now it makes sense why.

We used to go there practically every day. Needless to stay we immediately stopped going once I looked into this myself and realized it was 100% true.

This is also a huge reason why we heavy metal detox. You wonder how this generation of kids is being exposed to toxins at the extent it’s causing developmental delays, behavioral issues and tons of health concerns. Well, this is how easy it is and those seemingly “small” exposures add up quick.

I’m well aware that we can’t stop every exposure but where I can I do my best to stay away from them. And when I can’t I am more at ease knowing that our detox protocol is keeping my toddler’s toxic load to a minimum.

I advocate for heavy metal detoxing our kids for this reason. We’re legitimately facing a silent pandemic unnecessarily because there is a way to help offset this.

It’s called the detox pack and I have it right in my pr0file when you 🆑ick the 🖇️ under my description.

It’s important that we’re aware of these things so that we may truly arm ourselves with ways to help mitigate the issues. Our kids deserve better. If we don’t look out for them who will? They need us to be that advocate for them.

As always reach out if you need to. I’m here for y’all. 🫶🏼
