This week, we have pushed it up to 11:00am. We will move it back to 11:30 moving forward! We hope this does not effect your attendance! We are excited to see you! 😁

Come join us for our first Cacao Moon Ceremony!
Connect to the powerful energy of the new moon; with a clear mind and an open heart

We will share cacao, which is chocolate in its rawest purest form. Cacao has been used for thousands of years as a sacred heart charka opener. While we are in this open receptive mode, we will set positive intentions for ourselves to create new energy within us and all around us.
We will discuss the specific energy of this moon and how to utilize it.
Throughout, we will incorporate meditation, basic energy healing, sound bath, & lots of love!

Next Saturday is our first support group!
Sometimes our mental health can get put on the back burner, and believe me when I say I understand that feeling. So I created a safe space that we can come together for no cost. This is a free and open hour to not only talk about your feelings but get support on how to work through them.
