• Ciabatta bread •
I’ve always liked the texture of ciabatta bread. It’s crunchy, chewy, full of flavor and it’s perfect for any sandwich.
And with this recipe you start the day before so you can have the best flavor. And the next day it’s a process of shaping and resting the dough.
It’s a lot of waiting so I have to make this a day I know I’ll be home the next day.
But it’s totally worth it. Thanks to for this amazing recipe!
Happy baking!!!
• Maple apple pull apart bread •
I saw this bread on a magazine rack when checking out at a grocery store. It looked so good, I found a recipe online and made it.
Turned out to be awesome. Soft, pillowy, little bit tangy from the apples and spices. And it goes amazingly well with a side of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Could be breakfast, brunch, dessert or even dinner. Or any holiday celebration!
Thanks to for this awesome recipe!
Happy baking and happy New Years!!!
Merry Christmas!!!
I made a spice cake with Russian buttercream!
Russian buttercream is sweetened condensed milk and butter. That’s it!
It’s definitely easy to make but I have to keep playing around with coloring it.
And the spice cake has molasses in it! It’s a really good moist cake with all the warm spices that reminds us of Christmas 🎄
Thanks to for the cake recipe and for the buttercream recipe.
Anyways, Merry Christmas and Happy baking!!!
• Chunky chocolate chip cookies •
Who doesn’t love chocolate chip cookies? They’re my favorite by far. They’re good for any occasion or just because, really.
They’re slightly crunchy on the outside and ooey gooey in the middle with tons of melted chocolate inside!
Thanks to and for this recipe!!
Happy baking!!!
• Pastelitos de guayaba •
Who doesn’t like a flaky, buttery, sweet and creamy pastry?
And it’s easy to make!
Now that I know how to make this I’ll be making them all the time. The puff pastry can be filled with anything you can imagine!
Nutella, cream cheese, ham, cheese, jam of any flavor you want.
Thanks to for the awesome puff pastry recipe!
Happy baking!!!
• Chocolate vanilla cheesecake pecan pie •
My contribution for thanksgiving was this creamy cheesecake. Oreo cookie crust, chocolate cheesecake, vanilla cheesecake and to top it off, pecan pie topping.
I baked it at 300F for more than an hour in a water bath and I think that helped to make it creamy and have no cracks on the top.
Thanks to , and for the recipes so I could create this awesome cheesecake.
Happy thanksgiving and happy baking!!!
• Vanilla cake with magic frosting •
I made this cake to celebrate my mom’s birthday.
She doesn’t like sweets that much but she likes this frosting.
And I discovered that for this specific cake, you have you use real buttermilk. I didn’t have any and I made my own with milk and vinegar but the cake wasn’t as fluffy as it was when I had used buttermilk.
It was still good cake just a little more dense.
Thanks to for the frosting recipe and for the cake recipe!
Happy baking!!!
• Pumpkin cheesecake roll bars •
Who doesn’t love the pumpkin and cream cheese combination?
I know I do.
It’s surprisingly good to eat both cold and warm. I do prefer it warm because the cream cheese part is all goey and soft.
Thanks to for this recipe!
Happy baking!!!
• Fluffy pumpkin bread •
This bread is not only fluffy but moist and full of flavor. It’s everything you want a loaf of bread to be.
It’s spiced perfectly and great to start your day with a cup of coffee or tea. Just by itself is awesome too.
Thanks to for the recipe!
Happy fall baking!!!
• Levain Bakery style cookies •
I love thick, chunky, gooey cookies.
These cookies never fail to come out just like that every time I bake them.
The flavor is amazing and the texture; they’re slightly crunchy on the outside and so gooey inside. Plus the crunchiness of the nuts.
If you want to impress your family for the holidays, definitely make these cookies!
Thanks to for the recipe!!
Happy baking!!!

• Sandwich bread •
What’s not to love about white sandwich bread? You can make PB&J (for my husband, not me),
turkey & cheese sandwich, BLT, avocado toast, grilled cheese, even French toast if you cut it thick enough.
Whatever you want, really.
And like any other bread, it’ll make your house smell amazing while baking 🤩
Thanks to for the recipe!!
Happy baking!!!
• English Muffins •
I’ve been wanting to make eggs Benedict since I learned how to make english muffins.
The English muffins are so tender and fluffy yet sturdy. I make a whole batch of these and take a breakfast sandwich for work everyday.
And the eggs Benedict are really good. The creamy sauce with the poached egg goes together perfectly.
Thanks to for both recipes!
Happy baking!!!
• No knead pizza dough •
This pizza dough was crispy on the outside and light and airy inside.
And the flavor was amazing!
The secret?
Let it rest in the fridge 4 days.
Yes, 4 days.
But it’s totally worth it. And there’s no kneading involved so you just throw all the ingredients together in a bowl, put them in the fridge to rest and develop flavor and 4 days later you have this amazing dough.
Thanks to for the recipe!!
Happy baking!!!
• Tres leches cake •
One of my favorite cakes, hands down, is this one.
It’s not too sweet, it’s not dry and you can add fruit, cinnamon or vanilla paste, whatever you want to change it up.
This is what we had for birthdays growing up and I guess that’s one of the reasons why it’s my favorite. It reminds me of my childhood and it’s also perfect for spring/summer since it’s served cold.
Thanks to for the recipe.
Happy baking!!!
• Rosemary Focaccia Bread •
Simple easy bread for an Italian dinner or I just discovered, you can make a sandwich out of!
It’s soft, fluffy and full of Italian aromas. And it’s so easy to make!
Thanks to for the recipe!
Happy baking!!!
• Swedish cardamom buns •
Cardamom has a very distinct flavor. It’s smells minty when not cooked, so I thought I wasn’t going to like it.
But once it’s baked the flavor somehow changes and it’s perfect for people who don’t love sugary things.
It’s kind of refreshing to eat.
It reminds me of something that should be eaten at Christmas 🎄
Thanks to for the recipe!!
Happy baking!!!
✨Sweet strawberry and cream rolls ✨ 🍓
I’ll make this recipe every time that strawberries are on season from now on.
It’s just like cinnamon rolls but with a twist and honestly, just as good.
You can never go wrong with strawberries and cream.
And these rolls are fluffy, puffy, soft, pillowy...
My list can go on and on, really.
And it’s all thanks to recipe!
Ever since I found out her cinnamon rolls recipe, that’s the ones I’ll make over and over and she has a carrot cake cinnamon roll that I’ll try here soon, as well.
Happy baking!!!

Who doesn’t love banana muffins? 😍
And even better, they’re so easy to make.
The secret is to leave them in the fridge for 2 or 3 hours to intensify the banana flavor.

Quiche Lorraine
This is a great way to get rid of any leftover meats, veggies or cheeses you have in your fridge!
I used spinach, chorizo, cream cheese, Greek yogurt and 4 eggs.
But feel free to add whatever you have/want: tomatoes, onions, kale, ham, turkey...
I could keep going.
The original one is with cheese, eggs and bacon but like I said, I had stuff to use and no bacon.
Happy baking!!!
English muffins!
Perfect for a fast breakfast sandwich in the morning 😌
I take one to work every morning along with some fruit and maybe some tots or French fries.
Thanks to for the recipe!! They’re awesome!
Happy baking!!!
Artisan Style Bread
I love making bread like this to have in the morning with my breakfast. Some scrambled eggs, fruit and my coffee.
I’ll toast it and then put some butter and honey on it or jam, whatever I have on hand.
Thanks to for the recipe!
Happy baking!!!
Challah bread
This bread was easy to make but it took me a long time!
A total of 7 hours to make it.
Just waiting for it to rise.
Hands on it was probably 20 minutes and 30 minutes to bake it.
But it’s very good. I had it yesterday as French toast and today as egg in a hole.
It’s the perfect bread for breakfast foods 🥰
Thanks to for the easy to follow recipe!
Happy baking!!!
Bakery style banana muffins.
I’ve made them three times in 2 days since I discovered the recipe.
It’s that good, and it’s so easy to make.
It comes together in 5 minutes and if you want a better flavor, let it rest in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
And then bake as normal.
But I think it does make a difference to let it rest. The flavor is more potent and I also like to cut up a banana in little chunks to fold in the batter, just to add more flavor.
Thanks to for the recipe!!
Happy baking!!!
Easy overnight artisan bread
This kind of bread is so easy to make. Anyone can make it. Even if you’ve never made bread before.
You just combine, flour, a little bit of salt, water and yeast into a rough dough and let it sit for 12-18 hours (best to make it at night -hence the name) so you wake up and bake it, just like I did today.
I had my bread ready at 9am. There’s nothing better than fresh bread coming out of the oven. The house smells amazing, the bread tastes amazing, put some butter on it and enjoy!!
Thanks to for this amazing and simple recipe!
I’m going to be making this bread, all the time.
This was the second one I’ve made this week, baked one Friday and one today. I wasn’t kidding.
Happy baking!!!
Happy Mother’s Day!!! 💐🌸🌷
Chocolate & Vanilla cake with frosting.
Last minute order for Mother’s Day. Maybe I shouldn’t have attempted cursive but it is done. 🤷🏻♀️
At least everything tastes great, the chocolate cake stays moist for days!
And the vanilla cake is so soft and fluffy.
Combine those with the best frosting and you get some good tasting cake.
Thanks to for the frostings, for the vanilla cake and for the chocolate cake.
They’re my go to!
❤️
Gooey and thick cookies 😍😍
Super thick Chocolate Chip Cookies [Levain Bakery Style]
If you ever wanted super thick cookies, that are crunchy on the outside yet gooey in the middle (and the size of the palm of your hand) these are the cookies are it!
The recipe worked perfect, except to cut back on the salt just a tad; but their tip to put the dough in the fridge overnight to let it “marinate” it’s what gives them an excellent flavor and why they’re able to hold their shape and thickness.
If you can’t go to NY to try these cookies like me, I’m sure this recipe is pretty close.
Thanks to Serious Eats for this amazing recipe!
Happy baking!!!!
6’ 2 layer mud cake.
This is a little invention of mine for my husbands birthday. He loves chocolate pudding so I put some in between the two layers.
And some crushed cookies to make it look like mud. Very appealing.
Thanks to for the chocolate cake recipe, it’s always delicious and full of chocolate flavor.
Happy baking!!!
Conchas
One of my favorite sweet breads 🤤
This was my second attempt at them in the last two weeks and it definitely came out better than the first time.
I love trying out recipes, it’s always fun to experiment and see how different ingredients affect the result or just even changing the order of them.
I combined two different recipes from and to achieve these soft, sweet and fluffy conchas.
Happy baking!!!
Easy English muffins!
These are so easy to make. You just need flour, yeast, 1 tbsp butter, milk and patience!
You don’t even have to knead this dough. Just combine all the ingredients together and wait... 12 hours.
But honestly you can just make the dough the night before leave it on the counter and wake up the next morning and bake them.
They’re so much better than store bought ones, honestly they’re worth the wait.
Thanks to for the easy and delicious recipe!
Happy baking!!!
