Anyone get Disney Gift Cards in your stocking? If you have a trip booked and haven’t paid in full yet you can apply these to your balance due! I *much* prefer to chip away at the balance with them instead of keeping up with them for the trip. If my kids get them as gifts, we just keep a running Bank of Mom and Dad note on our phones and deduct from their total while on the trip. It’s true that I was just here. Today starts my final 1:1 trip for the year with my kids and it’s finally Max’s turn. Bryan and I are so fortunate to have patronized many world-class restaurants over the years, enjoying exceptional meals and service and tonight was one of the best we’ve ever had. And it was in EPCOT. Honestly. Takumi-Tei exceeded expectations in every way. The food was exquisite and our server, Risato, was so helpful educating us about Japanese culture. Once we mentioned we’re planning a trip to Japan next summer, she kicked into gear with practical suggestions and modified the sake menu with notes. I’m so full and impressed with the food presentation and quality, but really the Disney difference is in the *people*, the connections, the cast members. That’s what makes it so exceptional.

Disney cruises are incredibly fun. Doing all the laundry AFTER the cruise is the opposite of fun. helped me lighten the load. Today, my fellow agents over at Magic Managed, and I, treated Mrs. H’s 4s and 5s pre-k from EO Young Elementary School in Vance County Schools to a private showing of The Little Mermaid! Lucy and I had the pleasure of attending with them. They were curious, showed great theater manners, and welcomed us with open arms (literally). My heart jumped for joy when the little girl beside screamed with shock and delight seeing Ariel for the first time: THATS A BLACK MERMAID!! Representation in film and stories is SO important and I’m proud to partner with a company that is putting in so much effort to helping everyone feel seen. Thanks for a great morning, kiddos, and for hosting us, Marketplace Cinema. (And the movie was fantastic, go see it!)

The combination of brains, beauty, and personality that is my college roommate, , and her GORGEOUS family met us in Disneyland today and the kids were instantly besties. It was a great day for all and we are firmly tucked in at 8:30pm.

Tomorrow, Lucy and I are headed to California and will be at Disneyland Tuesday and Wednesday. We also get to see these wonderful humans again (and meet )! (Photo from our last Disneyland trip) I’ll be doing a giveaway while I’m there so make sure you’re following along!

Summer attendance must be low because Disney dropped some low ticket prices today. Truth be told, I don’t have a ton of summer clients. Reason #1747482 why I love and : Somehow two of our ride photos were missing from my account. Something went wrong with the way we tapped in or something. I emailed and gave a few pieces of information and the Photopass team was able to find our pictures for me and put them in my account! The level of customer service just can’t be beat.
