We are releasing energetic and emotional imprints in the skeletal system, especially those that are preventing us from moving forward. Possible tension in your bones, jaw, skull, back, arms, legs, pelvis. Bones hold our deepest spiritual infrastructure of belief systems. They mirror how we feel about ourselves, and how well SUPPORTED we feel in order to move forward in life. Common belief systems in the bones are: low self-esteem (hips), low self-confidence (hips-spine-ribs), fears of being alone and unsupported (lower back/shoulders), fear of failure and/or success (chest-shoulders), feelings of not being enough (hips/head), and of not trusting the Universal Truth of protection by God-Source (trachea/base of spine/buttocks). Process and integrate these energies, they are being stirred so that we can release and heal.

Struggling with negative thoughts? Here’s a short guide to help you shift into a more positive perspective:

1️⃣ Recognize: Notice when a negative thought pops up. Pause and take a moment to reflect.

2️⃣ Challenge: Ask yourself if the thought is really true. Is there evidence to support it? Look for alternative ways to view the situation.

2022 will be over in 3 months. Can you believe it? This Lionsgate portal 8/8/22 is asking you to make a choice.

It is going to challenge you to keep walking the Highest Dimensional Path and not look back to see who is following, who is with you, & whom you are leaving behind.

The LAWS OF FREE WILL, CHOICE AND RESPONSIBILITY are making themselves known.

If you choose the Highest Path, there are others who will not choose the same and these may well be those closest and dearest to you.
