RMJ Construction is growing fast and is looking to recruit a few more project managers. We are located in Gilbert off Baseline and Arizona Ave. Work hours are Mon-Friday and has some flexibility to create your own schedule. Starting pay is $50k-$55k DOE. After 90 days you qualify for health benefits, PTO and a raise. Your will be given a take home work truck, company phone, and company laptop. After 1 year you will have the opportunity to qualify as a Sr. Project Manager. Starting pay as a Sr Pm is $65k with bonuses. Average Sr PM usually makes $75-$80k after bonuses.

Job description...

- Manage 20-30 small remodel insurance jobs at any given time.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to fulfill quality work in a timely manner.
- Budget project according to RMJ standard.
- Submit/create change orders and supplements.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must be proficient in basic software/ technology.

This job isn’t for the faint of heart. It is performance based and can be very challenging at times, but is also very rewarding. RMJ Construction is looking to hire another Project Manager. This is a full time position Mon-Fri with some flexibility to create your own schedule. We are located in Gilbert off of Baseline and Mesa Dr.

Starting pay is $45-50k with a potential for a raise, health benefits, and PTO upon completion of 90 day probationary period. (After 1 yr you will have the opportunity to qualify for Senior PM based off your performance, which pays $65k-$80k including bonuses). You will also be provided a company truck, phone, and laptop.

About Us- We are a remodel/repair company that specializes in restoring water damaged homes to their original condition.
Responsibilities will include overseeing 20-30 jobs at a time while managing budgets and your subcontractors. You will be evaluated based on how many jobs you can complete and come in on budget each month, as well as your customer service.

Qualifications
- Some construction experience, industry experience is a bonus.
- Must have a valid drivers license, and must be able to pass a drug test, physical, and background check, prior to the first day of employment.
- Must have strong communications skills.
- Must have a basic understanding of budgeting.
- Must be proficient with software and technology.

RMJ Construction is looking for a full time Project Organizer, hours will be Monday-Friday 8:30-5 and starting pay is $17-$18/hr DOE with opportunity for a raise, health benefits, and PTO after 90 days. Must be reliable and friendly! Office is located in Gilbert, AZ.

Job Description
- Creating budget sheets on excel (data entry)
- Creating job files (includes budget sheets, work agreements, change orders etc..)
- Assisting project managers in scheduling, collecting payments, getting change orders sent out etc..)
- Reviewing completed job files and making quality control phone calls.

Requirements
- Must have experience with spread sheets and computers.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must work well with others.
