Easy and simple sprayer calibration, just need to know how long it takes the operator to spray 1000Sqft then set the chemical rate by adjust the flow control valve. It really is that simple...

Of course if you change application pressure or nozzle tip, you will need to adjust the chemical flow to get back to the target number.

Display measures in ML/Min flow, using maple suryp for demonstration purposes as it is hard to apply chem and video the box at the same time.

Again, the system mixes, then discharges the product keeping your water supply and Chemical seperate.

Sprayed Trimec Southern today on Bermuda turf. Per label it is 0.75oz per 1000Sqft. Did the math and put out 0.81oz per 1000sqft. Just a little over target, but how many operators out there can say within 95% Accuracy how much product they applied to a lawn. FYI: This guage measures in Liters, not ounces.

Getting the last issues fixed, about ready to start our season with the new sprayer system... game changer with no tank mixing, quick chemical changes, 60 sec changeover with 300ft spray hose. #lawncare #lawncarelife #lawnservice

Tested out the electric demand pump. Good flow and pressure during operation. We always use our driveway for calibration calculations. It is 12 ft wide and we typically see a spray width of 15ft and figure with slight overlapping during treatments. According to the manufacturer we should get a good 25 -30 min of run time with no heating issues. We added some cooling fins to the pump to help reduce the heat. Of course we can typically treat a residential lawn in under 10 min. We also hooked up our chemical system for testing and we have a few leaks in some of the connectors. So back to the shop to tighten everything up. #lawncare #lawncarelife #lawnservice #electriclawncare
