At D.C. Everest, instructors emphasize to students that mistakes are an opportunity for learning and that by challenging themselves to try new things they can determine what is a good fit for them — and, equally important, what is not a good fit for them. D.C. Everest senior Alexis Resch’s apprenticeship and mentorship experiences happen to illustrate both of these concepts.

NTC is partnering with the Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce to offer 2021-22 juniors and seniors the opportunity to apply for this summer’s 2021 Branch Academy. This fantastic experience gives students a chance to earn college credit, showcase talent in front of business and community leaders and engage with other students while solving challenging problems.
