As an ex-smoker, I’m all too familiar with the comfortable place of ignorance. It’s true that ignorance is bliss… but only for a time. The rewards of breaking ignorance are 3-fold. Or in the case of our breath, 600,000-fold every month. Picture a new reality where we can actually inhale deeply for longer than 4 seconds at a time; where we not only regain our vigor but also our health and general wellbeing. With more vigor (even just a little) we are able to earn more money, become empowered to live life more fully, spend more energy on the activities and people we love, and spend our days with more electrifying vitality.
