2024 RZR 1K has a very familiar clutch setup. P90X secondary with the 16-20 style rzr turbo primary with upgraded sliders… using the 1186 belt. This is a recipe very similar to what I developed a few years ago and we sell for the Pro XP and 2021 turbo models. Good bones, but the clutch calibration should respond well to a clutch kit. ECU read is done. A few more break in miles and time for the dyno. -Mike

Congrats to Lieutenant Ben Castle on his retirement after 20 years of service to the Morehead Police Department. It was a pleasure to be able to make a sign for the department to present to you as a retirement gift.

In recognition of his 22 years of service and appreciation of his dedication to the Morehead Police Department Special Response Team.

Lt. Ben Castle joined and helped set the foundation for the Morehead Police Department Special Response Team in 2004.

During his time on the team Lt. Castle has participated in numerous trainings and callouts such as high-risk warrant service, active shooters, officer down rescues and many more.
Castle served many different roles in his SRT career including Operator, Designated Marksman, Hostage Negotiator, and Team Commander.

Lt. Castle at the time of this letter, is the longest tenured member in the history of the Special Response Team. His experience, positive attitude and dedication to the team will be missed due to his upcoming retirement.

Here’s a badass 2023 turbo r we just finished up last night for Kaden earlywine. We cut - powder coated and installed the following parts for Kaden.
*Momma’s money light bar grill with a 10” back lite rigid industries light bar (grille powder coated blue)
*small front side grille inserts (powder coated blue)
*bed intake bezels (powder coated blue)
*pro r / turbo r Radioactive heavy duty radius rod plate with a pull loop (powder coated blue )
*Superatv front inner fender guards (powder coated blue)
*8 5150 rock lights and dual whips (waiting on cage clamps for whips to come in)
* orb suspension billet radius rods and sway bar end links.
* cut 32” rockzilla tires on l&w billet wheels.
* all speaker grilles are also powder matched to the blue.

Kadens going to put a few miles on it and then we are going to go for another round of mods on it to make it even better.

Polaris pro r oil filter covers. The engineers at polaris definitely dropped the ball on protecting the oil filers on the new pro r from being damaged from sticks - rocks or any other foreign object. We have design this cover that’s super easy to bolt on and only requires drilling 1 additional hole to mount it.

The cover is constructed of 1/8” steel and will come powder coated satin black.

Cost will be $50 plus shipping and taxes. Covers are instock ready to ship.

We now have available bash plates for the Polaris pro r. These plates cover the rear diff - engine oil and transmission all in one plate. These are weld-on plates and will be available in both the standard duty 3/16” and the heavy duty 1/4” model.

3/16” will be $185 plus shipping and taxes
1/4” will be $210 plus shipping and taxes.

Don’t let the flimsy factory paper thin plastic skid plate and thin metal protect over $10000 in parts when you can add one of the Radioactive bash plates to your pro r and not have to worry about it ever again.
