"From day 1 Servpro was 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴.

From Steve arriving the day after we had a fire in out kitchen. He quickly 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 and informed us that he could have a crew come as soon as the day after Labor day. He brought air scrubbers and ultra violet filtering systems to immediately help clean the smoke smell from out home.

Then, when his team arrived, we were 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Thomas and Nathanial were the best...they didn't leave a stone un-turned...inventoried everything while sending us images since it was up to us to claim our damaged property.

Thomas continually kept us in the loop and 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. He was available anytime we needed him and always replied when we reached out. Nothing was an inconvenience for them...even our 12 year old corgi lol. They quickly took to him and made sure he was always within the property.

I honestly never had an experience like this, fire, and of course never do again but we are so lucky we had this group to help us. 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗽𝗿𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝗔+ 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱."

It's GAME DAY tomorrow! It's also the first 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗣𝗥𝗢 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼 ceremony of the season!!!

For each home game, we choose a first responder to honor. They receive two tickets to the game, a trip onto the field, and a special acknowledgement on the big screen of their service in front of the entire stadium.

This is one of the many ways SERVPRO Team Weaver gives back as we demonstrate our commitment to our community.

Last week was a great win for us! Fingers crossed that we can do it again on Saturday in our first home game of the season!

We had the pleasure of meeting some incredible individuals and thoroughly enjoyed everyone's company. A big thank you to all the golfers, sponsors, and especially to Matt for the opportunity. And let's not forget the highlight of the day - the Bag of the day awarded to the U. 🏌️‍♂️🔥

SERVPRO Team Weaver is dedicated to supporting first responders. To assist them, we offer complimentary water, no-cost bunker gear cleaning, and support for various fundraisers. Today, we dropped off a few cases of water at Three Springs VFC. If you are VFC/VFD in need of water, clean bunker gear or some other support, reach out to Keith and he will address your needs.
