This one flew under the radar (in our humble opinion), but funds advised by Energy Infrastructure Partner acquired 49% of BayWa r.e. Solar Energy Systems PL, BayWa AG r.e. renewable energy GmbH for $640M.
This is a strong move as they continue to establish themselves as an independent power producer and force to be reckoned with.
