This week’s salsa- Borracho!
This drunken salsa is one of my spiciest, most flavourful recipes, and it provides a super delicious kick to any taco, tortilla chip, or protein!

Next week’s special- signature roja. I’ll be making a special mild batch for the weaklings out there. 😂

💚My salsa verde goes well with everything from steak to shrimp, can be used as a marinade for chicken in the slow cooker, and tastes delicious with tortilla chips!
🌈My rainbow salsa is a perfect chunky blend of flavours, and is best served warm with some tamales or even eaten by the spoonful! I had some for breakfast this morning!

I’m really happy with how this batch turned out, and if you would like to order for next week, you know where to find me.

Tacos, anyone?
Steak marinated in papaya, with cilantro, onions, and cooked inside of a cheese corn tortilla. It goes perfectly with my roasted salsa verde! Yum!
