Being Active&Fit means you are proactive about your health and looking for new and exciting ways to be fit and have fun at the same time. Members of the Active&Fit and Active&Fit Direct programs may track their fitness goals on a wearable device or app, participate in an online workout class, access helpful fitness and exercise resources, or hit the gym.
Follow us for virtual workouts on Facebook Live every Monday through Friday at noon PT (3 p.m. ET). Our 30-minute classes are led by a certified instructor and will focus on a different type of exercise each day. All fitness levels are welcome!
