Leveling Up’s 366 Change Youth Program is designed to help youth develop healthy and positive behaviors. We work with our youth participants to help them address negative thought processes, establish values, and refocus their energy. Visit our website or call today to learn more!
Leveling Up Therapeutics (LUT) is a behavioral health agency that provides mental health services, SUD assistance, and reentry services to Ohio residents. We are looking to hire an experienced and motivated individual to join our team and bring our mission to life!
The Community Outreach LSW will be responsible for:
conducting assessments for onboarding clients
providing individual psychotherapy to clients
providing counseling and case management services
identifying client needs
creating effective treatment plans
observing and assessing behavior patterns in clients
providing crisis intervention as needed
facilitating group sessions
assisting with community outreach events & projects
A qualified candidate for this position should have the following:
Licensed in Social Work
Bachelors degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, or other related fields
Master's Degree in a related field (preferred)
3+ years of experience in the field of social work/ social services
Experience providing services to clients with dual diagnosis (mental health diagnosis & substance abuse)
Experience working with youth, adults, and elderly clients
Experience facilitating group sessions
strong written and oral communication skill
interpersonal skills to establish meaningful relationships that support client progression
an understanding of emotional intelligence and empathy
experience working with patients that struggle with mental health and/or behavioral issues
willing to pass a background check and drug test
This is a full time position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.50 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
Bonus pay
COVID-19 considerations:
We regularly clean and sanitize our office, especially after having visitors, to minimize the spread of germs. Our staff also wear mask when meeting with clients as a precaution for COVID-19.

This program allows participants of all ages to over come self defeating thinking and challenge themselves to change their perspective and outlook on life. This 8 week course provides our clients with the realistic tools to achieve the change they desire in their lives!
