Napkin Sketch > CAD rendering > finished product. A heavy duty pub table frame we did for a local customer, made from rectangular steel tubing and 100% TIG welded. Finished with some satin black powder coating, it’s now ready for a top!

Quick cut and thread job for one of our customers. Barrel was centered up in the lathe (indicated off of the bore for concentricity) and then turned to size and single point threaded 1/2-28. Finished off with an 11 degree target crown. Ready to put some rounds down range.

Action shot of the customer’s engraver/profiler in operation with fresh tips made here in house. Pretty neat to see in action!

Ran a quick job yesterday for a local shop that was pretty fun! Engraver points for a CNC engraver/tube profiler, turned from A2 tool steel blanks. (Customer had them hardened before use). Report back is that they work great 👍. Let us know what we can do for you

To do quality work, you have to start with quality equipment. These old machines are well cared for and run like a Swiss watch, but needed some modernization. The addition of a DRO (digital readout) brings accuracy, repeatability and efficiency up to modern standards. It was a fun project, now its time to get to work 💪🏻
