Good luck to our P/SS Bently Richard and 2B Cade Thibodeaux as they compete in the Select 30 Elite this weekend in Lake Charles for Team White.

Bently will be #36 for the weekend and Cade will be #7.

Our Acadiana Roughnecks 12U season has come to an end. It was a year of growth for our boys as they moved into AAA ball after multiple successful seasons in AA to begin the process of preparing them for high school. It was never easy and there were several bumps along the way but our boys stayed positive and continued their growth as players and young men.

Huge thanks goes out to our volunteer coaches (none of whom have kids on the team), parents/families, and those sponsors who graciously donated to help these boys enjoy the game that they love so much.

I am proud of how this sole, independent team has been able to maintain steady since its inception in 9U and am excited to see what 13U AAA has in store.

Good luck to our boys on upcoming tryouts and whatever endeavors await them. But for now, go be a kid and enjoy your summer.
