📚 Support Our Story Walk!
Since its introduction to Herman Park in 2016, the Story Walk has delighted families and children by combining literacy with outdoor activity. This innovative initiative places children's stories along a popular walking route, creating a fun and educational experience for all.
However, over time, the stands that display these stories have been affected by vandalism and natural wear and tear. We are now reaching out to our community for support to replace and maintain these essential elements of the Story Walk.
Your donation will directly contribute to:
• Replacing Vandalized Stands: Ensuring that the stories remain accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
• Weatherproofing Upgrades: Enhancing the durability of the stands against the elements.
• Expanding Story Selection: Introducing new stories to enrich the experience for visitors.
Please consider donating to help us preserve and enhance the Story Walk at Herman Park. Your support will make a lasting impact on the education and enjoyment of our community's children.

Summer reading keeps children from falling behind in school. Try this: Ask your child to keep a list of books you read together over the summer and write three sentences about each book.
1. What is the book about?
2. Who is your favorite character?
3. What did you like about the story?
🥳 Come help us celebrate Dolly's birthday!!🥳
