BODYWORK FOR BACK & HIP PAIN IN PREGNANCY!

Show this to your partner or friend and have them relieve some of the pain or discomfort you’re experiencing. This is a simple way to help realign everything and get some relief!

Keep in mind that I really had to speed this video up, so take your time doing this and observing the different signs that tell you to keep going such as ankles and hip bones being out of alignment. It’s a very repetitive process-align, shake, sway hips. Align, shake, sway hips until those hip bones are aligned when the ankles are also aligned with no manual adjustments.

Save this video and have someone do it when you’re in early labor to make sure everything is aligned to help baby make their way down & out more smoothly!😉

A few things to keep in mind:
1️⃣. Firm shakes are the way to go, but it should not be tender or painful whatsoever.
2️⃣. It is important to make sure that everything is aligned correctly before you shake, so that you don’t cause more misalignment. Knees should be hip distance apart, and ankles should be knee distance apart.

If you have any questions, I’m happy to answer them in the comments! Please share with a pregnant mama to help her out!
