Let me tell you a story about Brittany and sally.
They both got certified in September.
Brittany did great in class. She picked it up immediately. She was a natural! After class, she worked on her family members. She never practiced on her mannequin and spent more time on IG looking for ways to decorate her lash room than learning more was tips and tricks to get better and faster.
It is now January, Brittany is still struggling with finding clients. She is currently looking into microblading because she thinks it will make more money. She gave up on lashes and says it’s just not for her.
On the other hand Sally didn’t do as well in class. She didn’t pick up the concept right away. Her lashes were crooked and took longer then everyone else. She even cried after class it was so hard.
After class, she continued to work on family members and her mannequin. She practice for at least 4 hours a day until she got paying clients. She took pictures of her work each time to see how she can improve.
She was on IG a lot. But focused on meeting other lash Dolls and learning their ways to see if it can improve her skills. In months she mastered classic and moved on to volume.
She is currently fully booked clientele were she’s getting steady income. Where people are loosing their jobs left and right.
Both girls started at the same time but had two different outcomes. The difference is in the PRACTICE! It will literally solve every issue you have. Identify the problem research and fix it, apply and repeat with every new issue.

This is so true. Nobody’s born great. We worked hard for it. Nights weekends holidays. Practice your craft no matter what it is. Let your instructor teach guide you. Take that criticism even good or bad. Grow from it. You can’t fail if you never tried. You can’t win if you never tried.

Hands on training is a must for me. These lash dolls build a support community. Where we need one another to build and grow. I couldn’t be where I am without my students. Before I even started training. This was a common thing I heard from most clients “ i took a lash class too”. So why did they give up. Because it was too hard.. to time consuming... no clients..
The 🔑 is you don’t fail until you give up.

💡it isn’t your skill or clientele. It’s your lack of confidence in yourself that shows in your business
To scared to promote because you think your work isn’t good enough (we all start somewhere)
Scared of rejection from clients.
💡when you lack confidence you give up easy. You can’t push yourself to keep going because you believe you can’t do it.
You can be trained x4 and still be scared of your own outcome. You can be trained x4 and the worst lash tech. And have a full clientele because your confidence is so high.
