So I don’t know what to do besides come to social media. I have tried to let the store take care of this I have tried to let corporate take care of this issue but no one is trying to help me. I went to Walmart in Inver grove heights Minnesota to cash a check that I had gotten. Makayla was working the customer service desk I had asked to get the money put on my card she did the whole transaction I saw it all on the screen even how much even the fees were, and I put my card into the card reader and I removed my card. When is the card reader told me to and then she pushed a button and everything cleared out and she told me something happened. I told her to try it again and she attempted to but this time I told her right away that it was an error. She didn’t give me any receipts from any of the transactions I asked for a manager the manager told me that there was nothing that they could do and to call the number on this little receipt that the manager made her give me I called the number and add the number verified that the check has been cashed and so I went back up to the customer service desk and I told them that I did what they told me to do and it said the check was cashed  One of the managers said she was going to get another manager because she had just got there and she didn’t know what was going on but she wasn’t going to get her another manager. She was walking to the last prevention office and they proceeded to call the Inver Grove Heights police on me for no reason I didn’t steal anything I didn’t even have anything in my hands I wasn’t threatening them so they told me that I had to call 1-800Walmart. I asked the manager for her managers number and she told me she didn’t know her managers number and to call 1-800Walmart.  as I was trying to walk out of the store one of the female employees lunged at me while the loss prevention guy stopped me and I had nothing in my hands. I had not stolen anything from there I wasn’t trying to I was trying to leave Walmart and they held me there wasn’t trying to let me leave the store at that time I’ve started to get really irritated and real mad and I got on the phone and called my mom and she told me to call the police but I said the police wouldn’t believe me that it was all the Walmart employees word versus mine.  tear eventually let me go, and when I left the store, I heard call nonemergency line for the Inver Grove Heights police and I made a report. hi later a little while later, Officer Nelson called my phone and it said pretty much that they know who I am and they were holding the past against me and that they didn’t do anything wrong. He said that he was there at the store at the time for a different reason, but that’s why he was not there, he said that he saw the receipts but he didn’t have any evidence to prove that and he proceeded to start yelling and screaming at me on the phone and not even trying to hear my side of the story I waited all week for the Walmart in Inver Grove Heights to call me back because it was what 1-800 Walmart told me to do. today Friday, September 8 I called 1–800 Walmart and asked why I never received any phone calls. They proceeded to tell me a long story short that they’ll escalate the complaint but they told me that Walmart I never go height was in the wrong and then I had to go there and talk to the store manager, I decided to call the store because I knew that if I went there, they would call the police on me and the police would have their side without even listening to me or hearing me out  the manager or who said she was one of the managers said she was gonna put me on hold and she was going to figure it out then I had a different lady get back on the phone and say call back by 5:30 and they’ll have it figured out so I called back at about 5:25 PM and the lady who told me a call back in the first place answered and told me that I needed to call home office. I asked what home office was and she said that it was who was taking care of the matter now, then she hung up. I called 1–800 Walmart back and I asked them who or what home office was and what their number was they had no idea what I was talking about I thencalled Walmart Inver Grove Heights back to ask what the number was to home office and they would not answer my phone call so I hung up and called again and the same lady answered and immediately put me on hold. I was on hold for a few minutes. She came back and she told me she was putting me on another hole. She didn’t even hear me say anything and then she decided to hang up on me after I was waiting for more than five minutes. I don’t know what other way to go about this, then to come to Facebook because I tried calling them. I gave them time to fix their mistake and here I am at the end of the week with still no answer or a lie for an answer. this whole situation put me in a really bad place mentally at first cuz I had just recently missed a lot of work due to having a kidney stone and ending up having to have surgery to remove it. So I really needed this check because I’m a single mom to a son with multiple medical issues and I do live check to check on top of all this inflation that’s going on. I usually am not one to complain about how I get treated but when you mess with my money I take that personal and I am not going to stop fighting for myself until I get my money. I will not shut up about this and I will not just brush it under the rug. I had to take time off of work everyday this week to try and deal with this and get it figured out and I have just been sent in circles. They aren’t taking me serious and neither are the police so I am hoping that social media can try and help me and hold them accountable
