I help people find out if they qualify for cheaper electricity through no up front cost solar panels.
If your home is approved, we provide maintenance, warranty, and monitoring at no cost. Our customers save an average of 20-30% on their electric bill.
One of the most common objections I hear against residential solar is potential roof damage or leaks. If you've heard about someone this has happened to it is likely their roof was in poor condition or their installer was not experienced.
A solar installation typically lasts 30-35 years. A reputable installer will have incentive to ensure roof damage doesn't happen to protect their reputation and their pocketbook. Companies don't want extra work that cuts in to their bottom line if they can avoid it, which is why roof damage due to solar installation is extremely rare with well known installers.
Have you heard of any horror stories with solar causing leaks or something else? Let me know in the comments!

Did you know...
“In the last decade alone, solar has experienced an average annual growth rate of 48%. Thanks to strong federal policies like the solar Investment Tax Credit, rapidly declining costs, and increasing demand across the private and public sector for clean electricity, there are now nearly 78 gigawatts (GW) of solar capacity installed nationwide, enough to power 14.5 million homes.”
