I'm also taking a day in October to participate in Joplin's Make An Impact Su***de Prevention on Saturday, 10/5/24. Back in December 2023 my family lost my brother Kevin and it took us all by surprise. So for September being Su***de Prevention Month, I will also be doing a fundraiser to donate to the National Su***de Prevention Lifeline and if you ever need to talk here is that phone line '1-800-273-TALK (8255). I will share that link starting September 1st.
As always, if you ever need a mental break you're more than welcome to drop the kids off and walk away, no questions asked. Also, I have a resource packet full of local and surrounding resources to help you if you're ever interested in receiving help for food, therapy, bills, ect,. Let me know and I can get you a copy. Just in case no one told you today, Your Mental Health Matters, YOU MATTER. 💛

Our New Routine Outline for the year. It's still the same for the most part just added a few things.

( Please note that children are cared for on 'demand' not a whole class schedule. Child care is based on their needs not around the clock. )

AFTER HOURS and Weekends has/have no routine schedule, except bedtime is 9pm and parent specified if bath is needed before bed.

Hey parents, I just want to express the importance of this situation. It came to my attention recently, that the boys in daycare are hunting spiders to bite them to turn themselves into spiderman. Please note that's not okay, summer's house does not contain radioactive spiders so if a spider bites them, they won't turn into Spider-Man. They'll get sick and not in a good way. I'm not saying kill spiders on site, but to get an adult to remove the spider and if you have a see through jar, we can also study the type of spiders they catch and we'll release them outside. This would be a good tactic to learn the difference between spiders and which spiders are toxic if they bite. Thank you guys!

We are going back to school in the next couple of weeks. I ask that if you are doing early morning drop off is 6am-635am or after 710am.
Please do not drop your kids off between 640am-710am. That is to allow the bus riders and the busses to maneuver without the traffick and gives me time to get back to the house. We appreciate your patience with the new schedule.
