Burnout is real. And it causes real symptoms and stressors. 🫠 After a trip to the acute care tonight related to chest pain, and ending up with a realization that never saying no & taking too much on is causing me more anxiety than I was willing to admit, is forcing me to take a break from taking on any NEW reoccurring residential clients.

For the time being, I will not be taking on any reoccurring cleaning clients. My schedule will remain open for my current clients, and will still continue to be open for one time cleanings (move in/move outs/deep cleans & new constructions) as well as commercial clients.

This was a tough decision to make, but I ultimately have reached a point that I’ve realized I need to make me a priority before I completely burn myself out. It’s time to practice what I preach at my counseling job, and make my own mind & health important in my life. I LOVE this job + buisness so much, but in order to keep doing it I need to scale back briefly and get my life back in check.

Once I am able to organize my schedule more effectively and efficiently, and get a better hold on my stress, self care and juggling my other “hats” I will reopen my books for new cleaning clients.

I truly feel overwhelmed in the best way possible by all the support I’ve been given this year. Everytime I get to bring peace to someone’s home, it brings me joy. Everytime I get a new referral from a previous client, it brings me honor. This space we’ve created here is truly the thing I’m most proud of this year. The community that’s been created here has given me so much love this year, and so much grace! So thankful for all the people that have encouraged me to pursue both this buisness; while also filling my cup by pursuing counseling as well. I feel so richly blessed with the humans here that support me it makes me emotional every single time I talk about it.

Special shout out to all my sweet helpers who are so kind and show up when I need extra hands, and extra help. Biggest shoutout to my mom, , who supports me day in and day out. She replenishes supplies, services our vaccums, cleans and folds rags, covers cleans when I have a million other things to do, and is my BIGGEST cheerleader. This buisness would not run without her.
