We have a Syndication Fund and we have a way you can invest with us on the private money side. I want to talk to you today about the private money side.
❓️What does this mean?
We pay you a 8% to 10% return. It's a $50,000 minimum investment. We pay you out quarterly and we deploy your capital right away. We sign a note with you personally guaranteeing that we're going to pay you back. Depending on how much you invest, we can actually secure you against an asset, too, depending on your investment. So it's pretty easy, pretty simple to understand, and a pretty clean and seamless process.
❓️What is your background and experience?
I've been investing in real estate for about 16 years now with hundreds of projects under my belt. I've got close to 500 doors of my own personal real estate assets. Everything from multifamily apartments to Airbnbs, to single family houses. I've flipped 60 to 70 properties a year for a really, really long time. I own a development company, I developed land for national home builders. I own a new home construction company. I built somewhere between 50 to 75 houses a year. I own a huge property management company, where we manage a thousand plus properties here on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware and run the number one team in the State of Maryland, number two in the U.S.

Because we control the entire ecosystem when it comes to real estate. What that means is we have a better ability to hedge risk when it comes to real estate because we control the entire process.
