Our billing / customer / support portal was down for some time today. We use full disk encryption on areas of our site containing sensitive data for security, and earlier today a powerstrip at the datacenter apparently failed causing the node that houses our VM to go offline. Although it was promptly fixed, our container could not be rebooted fully as it awaited some hours for an encryption key to unlock the disks and finish the boot cycle. As a security measure, this key is only known by one person and he likes to sleep with his phone on silent. ("My bad" - Curtis)

Issue is now resolved and we're forming a plan to better address any future events like this that could occur.

We've arrived in the Netherlands! We're proud to announce that our new location in Naaldwijk will be one of two planned flagship locations. Our IP space has been announced, the hardware has been racked and connected and in the coming days we'll be be ready to offer our full list of services from this new location.

Unlike our Finnish location in Helsinki, our new Netherlands home offers optimal routing to the United States, Europe and to the world and boasts full IPv6 connectivity to plan for the future.
