Starting with Dessert first as my favorite since it was full of mistakes. Lemon Pot de Creme with Blueberry Gel. Preceded by my second favorite The Uncanny Valley between Scallop and Radish with Watercress, Minneola Relish and Beet Emulsion.Coming in last was Smoked Duck Pappardelle with Blue Oyster Mushroom ‘Bacon’ and Sage-Sherry Cream. My first Soirée at Beacon and my muse was such a lovely hostess and genteel dynamic to guide us all to a wonderful night.
