Goodbye Winter…. Hello Spring!

As business owners, we have learned that growth and improvement is a process. We have been lucky and have had team members with us from the beginning, hanging on through the ups and downs. They continue to help us refine, improve and excel. We want to give a shout out to these 3- who have been with us from the beginning. Matthew Windsor Owen Koone James Day thank you. At our most recent in-person team Summit 2023 we had fun sharing some of the history on the local area and our home in Conway, Arkansas. Our “Natural State” is beautiful… and when we weren’t learning in the classroom, we enriched our team building experience with hiking Jean Mountain… fishing ’s Fairy… a crawfish boil from Munson’s in Mayflower… BBQ from Matthew Windsor and Ole Bart’s…and Toad Suck t-shirts from Conway Area Chamber of Commerce.

Every day you help this team grow, learn and problem solve. We are stronger with you than we could ever be alone. Thank you for being a part of this journey.

Four of our team members traveled to Rocklin, CA to enhance their knowledge at an SMA training course and were all provided with certifications of completion! Congratulations, Matthew Windsor, Makeevin Warthen, Craig Reith, and Levi Casias. Thank you to SMA Solar Technology for the opportunity to learn and grow as your service partner.

This week our company owner and COO helped us take a first next step as he shared some of what he has learned the last 25+ years in the solar business with our new employees during our first in-person new employee orientation session in Little Rock, Ar.

Opening our business several years ago we quickly realized the importance of building relationships with other trustworthy and reliable professionals.
