Fun IBC boiler install. This customer upgraded to this high efficiency boiler from a 30 year old cast iron unit. Not only will they see lower utilities bills every month, but they’ll be more comfortable because of an outdoor reset and be lowering their carbon footprint at the same time. Win win win

There are a lot of changes on this that most people would never notice and sadly most contractors would never perform.
Changed out the rotted wooden platform for a nice metal stand, which exposed studs and insulation. We added new Sheetrock and found corrosion on some copper piping near the base. We decided to change that out for the homeowner as well.
The water heater stand gave us a few more inches of clearance up top which revealed that the fire barrier wasn’t installed properly and us to be redone.
Gas line was brought to current code and rerouted for easier access.
This homeowner has 2 whirlpool bath tubs so we added a mixing valve and an expansion tank to essentially double the capacity of the system.
As always we changed the valves out with new ball valves. Which is standard on every install. bath

We know that during these challenging times the last thing you want to worry about is having heat or hot water and that is why during this "Hunker Down" order we are waiving our call out fee for any service.

We also know that here in Anchorage we have vulnerable members of our community, so we thought it would be a good time to reiterate our commitment to great customer service. Our standard level of service emphasizes cleanliness, which is why we use boot covers, drop clothes and rubber gloves for every home we go into, COVID-19 or not!

We treat every home as if it is our own. Due to the current circumstances, we will be taking extra levels of precautions to protect our community and team members by bringing respirators as well as disinfectant wipes where possible.

All seniors will receive a 5% discount as always, but we will waive overtime rates as well during this time.
We are also extending our military/senior discount to our medical professionals.
