You can now order the BrotherDrumCarder 14 drum, 26” inch wide Jumbo Carder!
This carder has the capability to produce at high volume-Roving, Corespun rug yarn and Batts.
3 Independent motors- The carder has separate speed controls for the Infeed Conveyor Belt and for the entire machine giving operator full control.
All the attachments are on carts with locking wheels with our quick attach setup.
Conveyor comes stock with a 60” inch long belt length, but available up to 96" inch long.
Vacuum system.
Only requires standard 110volt plug.
4 sets of worker/stripper drums.
Our Carder can process superfine wools and fibers such as 100 percent Suri alpaca, Angora rabbit, Merino, as well as coarser wools.

More testing on our 14 drum Jumbo carder! This time we ran 100 percent Suri alpaca and it ran beautifully with ease. We made a roving bump and it will have the option of making batts and also corespun rug yarn. We are estimating it will be completed by the end of this year but we are taking preorders now. Here is a sneak peek at BrotherDrumCarder of our 14 drum, 25 inch wide prototype Jumbo Carder!
This carder will have the capability to produce at high volume, roving, rug yarn and batts with a wide range of fibers, automatic bump winder.
The carder will have speed controls, for infeed conveyor belt and for the entire machine.
All the attachments will be on carts with locking wheels.
Conveyor will come with a stock 24 inch wide by 60 inch long belt length, available up to 96” inch long.
110volts.
We will add more details about it later when more testing is complete.
We are estimating that it will be available by the end of this year 2023!

BrotherMiniMills just finished up a custom project for a customer. Added a 6 foot feed in conveyor belt, speed controlled motor, extra safety emergency stop, and also added roving deck with a custom big 12” bump winder. The customer also bought a Brother Power Picker, these together will make a very nice setup.
BrotherDrumCarder/BrotherMiniMiils does repair and custom projects. Turn your older carder into a updated 2022 carder!
Adding a conveyor feed in belt makes the roving more consistent, and easy for one person to run the carder.
Speed controlled motor, makes it super nice for slowing the machine down for finer fibers, and to have complete control of your carder.
