Here's something super easy and super yummy that you can do with your Bollibun cheeze sauce. Peel, chunk, and boil potatoes until they're tender. Stir in margarine and salt and pepper. Top with Bollibun cheeze sauce and diced green onions or chives. YUM!!!

One of my all-time favorites...
Cheese. I just love cheese. Really, I do.
Our first attempt at this vegan mozzarella. After a couple tweaks, it will be available to the public. Look at how it melts! And it tastes amazing! Soft and gooey, melt in your mouth cheesy madness!!

Introducing "parmish", our version of vegan Parmesan. So good!!
Maybe being snowed in isn't so bad after all ...
Baked mac n cheeze. So good! Started with a creamy bechamel (Earth Balance, flour and almond milk). Stirred in bollibun cheeze sauce. Mixed with macaroni noodles and topped with melted margarine and crumbled Ritz crackers. Baked for 30 minutes at 350.
Buffalo chicken dip. Beyond Meat chicken strips, lightly sautéed and then cut into chunks. Added bollibun buffalo sauce and a tub of Toffuti cream cheese. Heated together until smooth and then baked for 30 minutes at 350.
