Sometimes when I don’t listen God causes me to smash my face with an extension cord on a Friday to remind me that it is time for a rest.

Last week, we asked you to dust the snow and ice off your outside vents. Did you? Did you notice if your vents were white or discoloured?

If you see this discolouration on your venting, please notify us or your local plumber/gasfitter immediately. Such discolouration raises several red flags, and a gas issue could be at fault for overheating. This poses a risk of carbon monoxide poisoning in the home and increases the risk of a house fire.

If you peep over the fence and notice your neighbour's vents discoloured... be a good neighbour and let them know!

Now I know my ladder gets me up there in this situation!

Ever use one of these? I finally bought one after a decade or so. If you don’t know what this is, it is a Rigid faucet tool and I wish I’d of bought it ten years ago. I haven’t had to cut a faucet since and if you have ever had to do that you can imagine it is better to just use this amazing tool!

I ought’a stop posting things like this before people think this is a satire page🤣
